I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with additional certificates of concentrated training in DBT, CBT, and EFT modalities. I have experience in working with young adults, adults, couples, and adolescents and have worked in both the psychiatric inpatient and residential milieu with co-morbidity of anxiety, depression, ADHD, bi-polar, and substance abuse. I have a compassionate disposition, which I enthusiastically bring to my work.

What distinguishes me from other clinicians is the breadth of my experience and long-standing career in a helping profession. I am extremely passionate about serving and connecting with others – it has been my life’s trajectory. I hold deeply rooted principles and an unmatched commitment to all of my client’s self-determination. I am resolute to uphold the dignity and worth of each client as I provide empathy, sensitivity, and insight for them on their personal journeys to growth and wellness. My personal core values include accomplishment, balance, connection, collaboration, communication, and integrity. In short, I love what I do.

I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. In addition, I received the Silver Medal of Excellence in Social Work and was inducted into the Phi Alpha National Honor Society. I went on to receive my Master’s degree in Social Work with a Clinical Concentration from Fordham University. After many years in the business sector, I launched my Social Work career and private practice.

Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of kindness, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing...
